1. Agreement to Terms

By using Black Wall Street Ads ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

The Platform is owned and operated by Royal Roots Consulting LLC. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Royal Roots Consulting LLC.

2. Platform Purpose

Black Wall Street Ads is a digital advertising platform for amplifying Black-owned businesses. Users can purchase ad tiles, submit listings, and engage with community content.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18 or older to use this Platform. By creating an account, you confirm:

• Your information is accurate and current.
• You're legally authorized to enter this agreement.
• You'll keep your account secure.
• You'll notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Advertising Tiles & Payments

Users can purchase ad space ("tiles") on the grid. All payments are processed through PayPal. By purchasing, you agree that:

• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Tiles require approval before going live.
• We can reject or remove any listing that violates these Terms.
• Tile durations (30-day, 90-day, 365-day, or Premium) start upon approval.
• Free 30-day listings are available for verified Black-owned businesses.

5. Verification Badge

The Black-owned verification badge costs $1.00 per 30-day period. Submission doesn't guarantee approval. We reserve the right to verify, deny, or revoke verification at any time. Misrepresenting your business as Black-owned is grounds for immediate removal.

6. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Infringes on others' intellectual property.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
• Promotes illegal products or services.
• Contains adult or obscene material.
• Violates any local, state, or federal laws.

7. Donations

Community donations are voluntary contributions to support Black-owned business initiatives. Donations are non-refundable, processed through PayPal, and are not tax-deductible unless stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and design are the property of Royal Roots Consulting LLC. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform. You retain ownership of your original content.

9. Privacy

We collect only what's needed to operate the Platform: your name, email, and transaction records. We don't sell or share your data except to process payments (PayPal) or as required by law. By using the Platform, you consent to this.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated or third-party content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Roots Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We can modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
